Refund and Cancellation Policy for Xtract

At Xtract, we strive to provide high-quality, traditionally made oils such as Yellow Mustard Oil, Groundnut Oil, White Sesame Oil, Almond Oil, Black Mustard Oil, Coconut Oil and Sunflower Oil. Our oils are produced using wood press techniques and are FSSAI approved. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the product is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team immediately for cancellation.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refund in case of Cancellation: If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Cancellation on our end: Xtract reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and details.
  • Incorrect Product: If the wrong product is delivered, we will replace it or offer a refund after reviewing the claim.
  • Expired Product: If the product is expired by the time of delivery, we will replace or offer a refund reviewing the situation.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the issue is verified. Refund will include only the product cost excluding the delivery and return costs as applicable.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Products opened or tampered with.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Cancellations after the product has been dispatched.
